We followed a Tudor recipe to inspire us to write our own instructions.
We have had another fabulous start to the school Spring term in Class 3 with our new topic ‘Scavengers to Settlers’, learning about daily life in Prehistoric Britain.
On 5th February, we had a wonderful day when we became archaeologists for the day and used our detective skills to learn about daily life, the clothes worn and the stones used for tools by our ancestors.
We wrote some brilliant non-chronological reports on daily life in prehistoric Britain, using the information we had learnt on the day.
We have been inspired to create our own Stone Age cave paintings. Have a look at our wonderful designs.
We have also made replica fossils of prehistoric animals in Science as part of our work on Rocks and Soils.
