After a very tricky 18 months of covid affected education, I am a proud and happy Headteacher who wants to congratulate & celebrate the wonderful year 6 children who left us in July. I am also keen to praise the wonderful staff at school for their dedication to providing the children with the best education possible. Education is a continuum, and good teaching throughout a child’s school journey is important. The staff at school truly strive to provide this.
So why I am proud? The year 6 class of 2021, despite missed education and all the lockdowns, proved themselves resilient and determined. They sat past SATS papers in June, as they would have done in normal times, and achieved excellent results. The children had the highest combined results in our recent history.
Juniper Education have also provided schools with information that show Holy Trinity year 6 results to be above both the Local Authority and National Average.
