Our key concepts for this term are:
Community, Consequences, Value
We have been learning about the Great Fire of London and comparing things from the past and the present day.
English
In English we have been reading a variety of books which focus on our key concepts including, All Are Welcome, The Gingerbread Man, The Enormous Turnip and A Superhero Like You.
We have begun to learn our sounds in phonics and have been practising identifying initial sounds in words.
Maths
In maths we have been matching and sorting objects to create pairs and groups. We have created our own sorting rules and challenged our friends to work out our rule.
Book Bingo
These are our book bingo books for this years challenge. They are displayed in our reading corner, ready for us to read.
Continuous Provision
We have also spent lots of time in continuous provision, exploring our indoor and outdoor area.
